First Rate Funding Inc. of Albany and Saratoga has established an Adirondack Regional Office in the “Log Office Building” to present its broadly based mortgage and financial services to mortgage seeking clients, Realtors, and businesses throughout the Park and the North Country area.  First Rate Funding will work in close co-location at the Log Office Building “at the light” in Lake Placid with two other local businesses, Adirondack Country Homes Realty Inc. – an eight office multi line residential and commercial Realtor serving the area of 11 years, and Country Business Services Inc., - the areas only full time business broker - that has helped with serious business sellers and buyers in the region since 1978.

Richard Gross, the First Rate Funding VP who will staff the new operation, noted that placing First Rate’s products in close proximity to parties seeking financing is a welcome addition to Lake Placid in the light of the challenges facing the mortgage and finance community at this time.   Mr. Chris Falvey, President of First Rate said “ The company has been a presence in the Capital District and Saratoga County with its staff of 20 loan officers since 2001, and has a variety of financing products that can assist both residential and commercial clients.
